Being a pup is a sense of community, kinda like finding a pack. Getting together with other pups is like hanging out with your best friends even if you just met them. The masks can also be freeing and calming, helping with social anxieties.  Pups often choose their colors, designs & names to create an identity, which is a great ice breaker to start conversations and learn things about each other that help foster that pack/deep friendship mentality very quickly.

At the end of the day what being a pup means is slightly different to each individual pup, but those tend to be the commonalities and highlights.
